Joshua Coley resigns as Garinger's boys basketball coach

Joshua Coley has resigned as Garinger boys basketball coach, athletics director Tony Huggins told the Observer.

Efforts to reach Coley were unsucessful.

Coley turned in his resignation Wednesday. Huggins said Coley would remain at school as a teacher and the school would begin searching for his replacement immediately.

Garinger was 6-18 last season under Coley. In two years at the school, Coley was 13-35. Garinger has not had a winning season in eight years in basketball.
