Providence Day WR Bryon Fields' big night sets new school record

Providence Day's Bryon Fields had a memorable night in Friday's 65-7 win over Charlotte Latin.

Playing against one of his biggest rivals, Fields caught five passes for 210 yards, and two touchdowns. He had a 47-yard punt return for a score and a 24-yard interception return for a score. Fields also had three tackles as a defensive back.

Fields set a new school-record with his reception yardage, which ranks 14th in county history.

Chargers QB Chase Ferguson also had a big day, completing 17-of-26 passes for 341 yards and five touchdowns. He also had a rushing touchdown.
