Mike Bradley resigns as North Mecklenburg football coach

After three years as head football coach at North Mecklenburg High, Mike Bradley has resigned. He plans to retire from teaching and coaching.

Bradley's teams were 10-24 in his three seasons. He has more than 30 years teaching and coaching experience.

North Mecklenburg athletics director Kevin Wilson said the coaching vacancy will be posted immediately at the Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools' website and will be tied to a teaching position.
