State football finals to be shown live on Time Warner cable

Raleigh, N.C. (November 28, 2011) – For the first time ever, Time Warner Cable will air all eight North Carolina high school football championship games LIVE.  The North Carolina High School Athletic Association Football conference 1A to 4AA championship games will air on Time Warner Cable Digital Channels 521, 522 and 523 and on News 14 Carolina beginning December 2.  In addition, digital cable customers can relive the plays, tackles and touchdowns for free on Time Warner Cable’s Carolina On Demand.  Fans across the country and service members serving overseas that cannot attend the games can watch live streaming on News 14 Carolina’s award winning website,

Saturday, December 3rd - NCHSAA 2A game, Tarboro vs. Lincolnton (Live from NCSU) – 11AM - Channel 520                                                                               

Saturday, December 3rd - NCHSAA 3A game, Havelock vs. West Rowan (Live from UNC) – 11AM - Channel 521                                                                                     

Saturday, December 3rd - NCHSAA 1AA game, Ayden-Grifton vs. Swain County (Live from BB&T Field, WFU) – 11AM - Channel 522

Saturday, December 3rd – NCHSAA 4AA game, Garner vs. Page (Live from WFU) – 3PM – Channels 14, 114, 414, 1114
