Davidson Day hoop star Bernard Sullivan commits to Clemson

Davidson Day senior basketball player Bernard Sullivan committed to Clemson Friday, his AAU coach, Kevin Ligon said.

Sullivan is a 6-foot-8 forward who was a three-time all-conference pick at North Mecklenburg. Last season, Sullivan averaged 18 points and 10 rebounds at North Mecklenburg last season when he was selected to the Charlotte Observer's All-Observer team for the second straight season.

Sullivan announced he was transferring from North Mecklenburg to Davidson Day in the spring.
