Harding coach Jeremy Buck takes East Meck job

East Mecklenburg athletics director Ec Little said the school has hired Harding's Jeremy Buck to replace Greg Hill as the school's football coach.

Buck will start Wednesday, when the Eagles start summer workouts.

This is Buck's second head coaching job. He coached Harding to a 4-8 record last season and was defensive coordinator at Vance prior to that.

At East Meck, he replaces Greg Hill, who helped establish the Eagles as a regional power before leaving for Gastonia Ashbrook this spring.

Harding is without a football coach as summer workouts begin this week. The school is also looking for an athletics director.

And so begins the downfall of East Meck. J/K, that already happened, this just helps.

Curtis Carroll is headed to Berry not Harding.
I think that makes at least 4 coaches in 5 years for Harding, since Mike Jones.
