Butler High quarterback Christian LeMay will play college football at Georgia in the fall of 2011, he announced Friday night.
LeMay, who is 6-foot-3 and 200 pounds, said he picked the Bulldogs over Auburn, Clemson, Notre Dame and Texas.
LeMay, who will be a senior next season, passed for 3,296 yards and 44 touchdowns last season. He threw only two interceptions.
LeMay was the Observer's co-offensive player of the year with West Rowan's K.P. Parks and was named a national player of the year in the junior class by several publications.

He didn't win conference player of the year (chosen by the conference coaches) but wins state and national player of the year from reporters who have never seen him. Go figure.
Its great to be a Georgia Bulldog!!
Coaches almost always vote conference player of the year to a senior. Consider it more like a lifetime achievement award.
