Dunford and Silvestri were part of a 4x800 team that was 5th at the 2009 outdoor track championship and had the best time in the western half of the state, Dunford missed states individually by .1 seconds . . . Don't forget North Lincoln High Men's Golf. Won the 2A State title last year and return 5 of their top 6. April 15 match with Hickory at Verdict Ridge should be fun.
