charlotte christian has the best defense in the city of charlotte hands down, and i think that they are the best team in the area, its too bad that they cant play butler or independence so everyone else could see that they are no joke, they have three bcs linebackers, and 3 or 4 other d-1 players not to mention the 7 or 8 guys who will play 1-aa or d-2

yea, i think your right, charlotte christian is probably the most talented team in charlotte, not just in football, 7 out of 8 baseball championships, and an elite basketball program year in and year out, best athletics in the city, keep it up

Can someone please tell me what the number on the end means? I recognize that (4-0) would be the record, then the total points scored, but I don't know what that last number is.
thanks!

NEVER MIND! I remembered it was the rank in votes! Thanks anyway!

If you honestly think that Charlotte Christian has that much talent than you have no right to comment on these forums. They have 3 d1 linebackers, a d1 aa offensive tackle, and that's it. Don't get me wrong, that's very good. But don't get carried away with your exaggerations. And as to do with their sports program, Charlotte Christian never finishes even close to the top of the schools in the Wachovia Cup standings every year, which goes to the best athletic program in a certain conference based on the schools teams performances. That title has belonged to Latin for about the past 7 years.

I am not sure why CMS will not let Private schools play publics. Can someone shed some light on this decision. One other thing while I am at it. Why all of a sudden (started last year) are we moving HS games to Thursday because of a Jewish Holiday? I am a God fearing Church going person but seems to be a decision based on personal preference....Mr Gorman can you explain...

Charlotte Christian is an okay team. They have solid fundamentals, but the overall team speed is less than average. They wouldn't be able to compete for more than a half against Indy, Butler, or Mallard Creek.

I was at the Charlotte Christian game in Lynchburg Virginia when they played Liberty Christian and i was thinking the whole time that this team would get creamed by Butler or Independence. I do not believe they would be in the top 10 in Observer's top 16.
