LIVE from Providence: the Panthers plan to pass (VIDEO)

Here's a video we shot at Providence High. The Panthers have three Division I wide receivers and a solid QB.

Fast Facts: Receivers Braxton Deaver and Brandon Braxton have committed to Duke, and wideout/defensive back Damon Magazu has committed to East Carolina. … The Panthers return eight starters on offense and eight on defense.

Did you know? Magazu's father Dave is a Carolina Panthers assistant coach.

Players to watch: Quarterback Chauncey Concepcion, receiver Brandon Braxton, kicker Bryce Thompson, defensive back Keon Williams, defensive end/offensive lineman Trevor Hicks, defensive lineman Jake Hall.

Keys to the season: The passing game should thrive. Concepcion got plenty of experience as a sophomore, with several 200-yard passing games. The receiving corps is experienced and talented, and if the defense plays well, it could be a breakthrough season for the Panthers.
