Myers Park's Overman signs with N.C. State

Myers Park pitcher Chris Overman, who helped the Mustangs (19-9) to the Southwestern 4A tournament championship, signed with N.C. State.

Overman, 6-foot-3, 220-pound right-hander, also considered an offer from South Carolina.
